Coloured version of my latest sketch.

- blood orientation modified (more movement)
- backroung saturation lowered
- lineart thinned
- minor skin corrections

Done in a few hours (didn't count exactly, but between 3 and 6)

It looks more like a comics illustration than to a painting to me but well... it's the best I can do right now
